SFB&A offers property management services to investors who wish to be absentee owners. Our property management programs are catered to each individual client's needs. These services include: tenant acquisition, collection of rents, disbursement of funds on a monthly basis, market updates, contracting maintenance/repair services and eviction processes.

• Tenant Screening

SFB&A realizes the importance of an investments monthly cash flow; therefore, we have devised an extensive screening process by which to acquire potential tenants. Potential tenants are required to fill out an application allowing equitable to verify credit history, prior landlord tenant relationship, criminal history and income verification. We have found that this process drastically reduces the margin of error in selecting tenants thereby reducing evictions and additional costs to our landlords.

• Marketing of Property

We offer our investors a free comprehensive marketing plan for their properties. This marketing approach would apply to both rental and sale properties. Our innovative advertisement include both print and online mediums, such as the Miami Herald, Aventura Magazine, Miami Living Magazine, Miami Herald on Line, Multiple Listing Service, Apartments.com, Immobel.com, Worldproperties.com a multitude of overseas media, direct mail and other online advertisement. These resourceful forms of advertisement allow us to be a step ahead of the competition, by helping us shorten the time that our investors take to sell or rent their investments.
